If you are just checking things out, please be sure to check back when it is time to apply after changes are made.

 

If you already have a list going, go ahead and finish completing the list you have, making sure to document which peaks your pet completed and which ones you completed, along with dates and, for the winter list, the time if you hiked on a solstice day.  

 

A Connie's Collar form is under construction and once complete, will be available for download.  A Word (PC) and Pages (MAC) version will be available to complete and submit via email.
